We had a great experience in Piçarras! The apartment is excellent, very clean, well maintained and extremely spacious. We were in three adults, accompanied by our two pets, and we were all very comfortable. The condominium is very well structured, with attentive and helpful employees. Our stay in Penha was sensational. We had a great experience in the apartment. Very quiet place, very familiar, super safe, clean and comfortable. For the apartment, I suggest only the acquisition of an airfryer, in the most is super complete. I took a few clothes and was able to wash everything in the apartment itself. The hostess always responded to us promptly, is very charismatic and helpful. We are super comfortable. One suggestion for Airbnb hosts is to assemble small "kitchen kits" and make it available for guests to purchase, like: 500 grams of sugar, 200 ml of oil, 100 grams of coffee. Small things for small meals because sometimes if we shop at the supermarket it will waste it later. Speaking of buying, it has everything close to the apartment. You can do several things on foot. the beach is a 10 minute walk and you can use uber for everything if you are without a car like us. Thank you, Cynthia!

Large house is a great location, as I went to Beto Cariro Park, very close, quiet place is close to a supermarket, restaurant is drugstores. Seu Beto received us super well and gave us all the instructions in the house. Would recommend and would come back again!!

We like hosting a lot, Paulo always request. The property is very close to the park, we walk about 7 minutes. Large variety of establishments in the area. And secure region. We will definitely come back more often.
