There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

Within a stones throw of the beach, the railway station, buses, cafes, restaurants and the salubrious Quays Spa Hotel, a perfect location to watch the magnificent sunsets. Located under the Sychnant Pass, at the foot of Conwy Mountain, in the heart of a lovely Snowdonia mountain village. South facing views towards the foothills of the Carneddau range. The back gate opens directly onto the North Wales Coastal path. It is a very peaceful house with the constant gentle sound of a stream at the rear.

Our Cabin has a Queen size bed, a single Z-bed (if requested). There is a mini wet room with Toilet and an Electric Shower. The Kitchen facilities include a fridge with, an electric oven / hob, microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. We provide a Smart TV and Wifi access. The cabin is separate from the main house. If you need any crockery or cutlery that's not already in the cabin, feel free to ask!

Ty Gwyn Holiday Apartment

Situated in a convienent location with the mountains and sandy beach all within a few minutes walk, the apartment is well equiped and comfortable with a modern interior, there are two single beds in the bedroom and a single chair bed in the living area, please note this is only suitable for a child. We can provide a childs cot and bedding at no extra cost.

Quite and peaceful, with the gentle sounds of the nearby river and bird song. 15 minute walk to the beach with its beautiful golden sands, shops, pubs, restaurants, golf course, sailing club all with in walking distance. It is a good base for walking, touring, fishing etc. There is a secure building suitable for storing of bikes, golf club, etc.
