Walk down the wooded valley right from the back door of this restored historic miner's cottage. Period features like flagstone floors and beamed, vaulted ceilings meet contemporary conveniences such as underfloor heating and a free-standing tub. A lovely spacious cottage with rustic Pembrokeshire character situated right next to the coast. Two double bedrooms, open plan living area, large kitchen and spacious veranda. The cottage is located close to Nolton Haven, Newgale, Little haven and druidston beach. All of which have pubs and restaurants to suit your needs. The cottage accommodates 4 people. There is a good sized master bedroom with amazing views and a kingsized bed. There is a second bedroom with a comfy double bed with an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have adequate storage and hanging space for clothes. The main bathroom has a stand alone bath, which is great for relaxing. The cottage has an office room which could accommodate an extra guest on a sofa bed. The kitchen is fitted with a cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and all necessary utensils. The open plan living room has a comfy sofa, a "42" flat screen TV, record player, books to browse through and a range of board games. The cottage has under floor heating, access to wifi, internet connection and use of a washing machine and dryer. Overlooking the flowery meadow is the south facing veranda which is perfect for watching the dramatic coastal sunsets. The cottage is situated by national trust woodland, so it is not uncommon to see birds of prey, foxes and the residential barn owl. Situated in the heart of the Pembrokeshire National Park and surrounded by National Trust land, Carren Bach cottage is part of the Southwood Estate. Spot all kinds of wildlife, surf, and discover numerous nearby villages, pubs, and restaurants. The cottage sleeps four but there is a sofa bed for an extra guest.

Our secluded cabin is surrounded by ancient oak tree forest and all the wildlife that comes with it. It’s so peaceful that you will only hear the river and the birds. Set in 10 acres of our own land for you to explore and easy access to Snowdonia public foothpaths, it’s perfect for those looking to spend some time in nature. The cabin itself features private wood fired hot tub, wet room, underfloor heating, large deck with bbq, kingsize bed, kitchen, living and dining area and a private cinema.

Chapel Studio with log stove and coastal walks

Chapel Studio is a small, cosy romantic retreat with a log stove and garden at the lane’s end in Treleddyd Fawr, a quiet hamlet perched high on St Davids headland with views across the Atlantic Ocean to offshore islands. It is positioned between the cathedral city of St Davids and the wild and beautiful Pembrokeshire coast being only minutes by ancient footpath to the coast path with its isolated seal breeding coves and a further mile to the untouched beach of Porthmelgan next to St Davids Head.

Borth-y-Gest, quirky cottage close to coastal path

Hen Gegin is a recently renovated 18th century “out kitchen” to our main farmhouse. The cottage is ideal for a couple, is separate from our house and completely self contained with a space for parking right outside on our drive. The area is quiet and very beautiful with only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Borth-y-Gest and Morfa Bychan. This is a 1 bedroom cabin and is not suitable for children or pets. Vehicular access to this listing is via a farm track with 3/4 of a mile of VERY BUMPY potholes. The first thing visitors notice is “the view”. The Bunkhouse offers a unique perspective on secluded Pwlldu Bay. Atop limestone cliffs, The Bunkhouse is nestled in Wales’ first AONB.
