The accommodation's characteristic feature is the Majella stone construction, which makes the house cool in summer. Parking (not for a fee) is located near the property. Also ideal for those who want to go to the beach (reachable in about 30 minutes).

Yes Zizì

Zizì's house is located in the heart of the village of Pretoro (CH), and consists of an entrance, kitchen/living room, two bedrooms (2 double beds) and a bathroom. The entire place has been recently renovated. Despite its central location in the pedestrian area, it has convenient access from the street with free parking 50 meters from the residence. It enjoys a beautiful panorama with sea views and its location is great for reaching the ski slopes of Passolanciano and Mammarosa in 15 minutes.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

The holiday home Nel cuore della Maiella is located in Palombaro and offers a wonderful view of the mountains. The 40 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom, making it suitable for up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the bedroom that cools the whole house, TV, and washing machine.

The apartment is spacious and bright, with large windows that offer a spectacular view of the surrounding meadows and hills and a unique view of the majestic Maiella. The interiors are tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts, making your stay a pleasant experience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace, while listening to the birdsong and letting yourself be enveloped by the gentle breeze of the countryside.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

Your room will be inside Agricasa Caprafico, the historic house inhabited by our family since 1924. You will have a double bed with the possibility of adding another single bed. Private bathroom and kitchen. Upon request, there is the possibility of adding breakfast and a delicious dinner prepared by my mother Ivana based on typical local products and our own produce!
