Stunning woodland walk ways into Ulverston to the rear of the property, and riverside and beach walks nearby with excellent cycle routes close by

Superb semi detached cottage with two bedrooms, large garden & private parking within the grounds just 2 miles from Cartmel & Newby Bridge at the South end of Lake Windermere. Granary Cottage has a EV charger for vehicle charging. Vehicle charging is charged at 50p per kwh unit. The dining room has great views with a pair of French doors in to the living room which has a large double sofa bed & another pair of doors in to the garden.. With local bus and train services close by it makes a perfect base to explore the Lakes and surrounding areas.

The limestone and sandstone cottage is situated at the gateway to the Lake District National Park and is ideal as a base for walking, climbing the fells and visiting the lakes. Return and light the open fire in the living room and enjoy a home cooked meal or visit the many popular restaurants and pubs nearby.

Converted Barn, Patterdale in the Lake District

Welcome to Crook a Beck Barn, Patterdale a former Cart Barn which we lovingly restored during 2017. The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys. During peak season - April to the end of October, 7 nights minimum stay with a Friday changeover. Short breaks may be available so please drop us a message to ask!

With a village green, playground and perfect location you can explore the wonderful Lake District and all its attractions.
