Holiday rentals with beach access in Penonomé District

Lugar perfecto para pasarla en familia. Especialmente con la piscina que da un poco mas de privacidad y seguridad. El apartamento bien cómodo y acogedor.

It was a very nice and comfortable stay at the Villa Decameron suite. Everything was clean and organized well, suite is looking same as on the listing pictures. The area is beautiful. Lia is a wonderful caring Host, always in contact and helpful when needed. We love to come back there in future.

I had this Airbnb on my wishlist for my family to go to for quite some time. It was well worth the wait. The view is incredible and being footsteps from a very empty beach was amazing. We also liked how it felt like we were truly staying in a home, not a cold apartment. All the restaurants nearby are great, there’s also a supermarket pretty close and sufficient cooking utensils and pots and pans. We really enjoyed our time here.

The photos of the view really don’t do it justice. It’s the perfect spot, with access to several amenities. Can’t wait to be back! We’ve booked a couple difffent ones in this community and this is by far the cleanest, and best stocked one

Excelente lugar, muy tranquilo y espacioso, el apartamento estaba limpio y ordenado, las sábanas limpias y toallas igual, el balcón es espectacular, con una vista envidiable y muy espacioso, excelente para hacer pasar en familia o amigos. Lo único que debe agregar es un microondas al equipo de la cocina.

Super location! Very nice apartment. There was everything we needed. Really close to the beach and next to a beach club. Full recommended.

Nuestra experiencia fue buena, la casa cumplía con todo lo presentado en el anuncio. La propietaria hizo todo lo posible para que la piscina estuviese lista para nuestra estadía. Fuimos los primeros en estrenarla 😊. Le faltan algunos detalles, pero sé que lo van a solucionar. Nos hubiese gustado que las camas de las habitaciones secundarias fuesen de madera. En general todo bien.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, le logement est situé tout près du départ du 18e trou dans un endroit tranquille. Une belle végétation vient agrémenter le décor de la cour arrière. Des restaurants et un petit marché se trouvent dans le village à 2,5 km et un gros super marché se trouve à environ 5 km. Un BBQ relié au système de gaz de la villa permet d'agrémenter le séjour, un marché de fruits de mer est situé à 5 km environ. Le seul problème est la difficulté d'obtenir de l'eau chaude de façon régulière, il semble que ce soit un problème répandu dans l'ensemble des villas.

This place is wonderful! The location is perfectly located within the Buenaventura community. It’s walking distance to El Faro and Puntarenas pool / beach areas. To be honest, the pictures don’t do it justice! It’s a nice place! The bedrooms are separated nicely with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped with pretty much anything needed to cook meals. They even had spices to work with which was nice! The furniture inside and outside on all levels was comfortable. Sofia was very responsive and accommodating to the 9 of us that stayed there. (5 adults 4 kids) Bottom line, we definitely would stay there again. If you’re on the fence, BOOK it! You won’t be sorry.

La estadía en la casa de Allison fue muy agradable. como para quedarse viviendo allí co todo lo necesario y especificado. Allison fue muy receptiva, atenta, amigable siempre accesible para cualquier ayuda. Recomiendo esta casa al 10000% muchas gracias

Desde que llegamos, sentimos una energía especial: el ambiente acogedor, la decoración cuidada al detalle y todas las comodidades que uno puede desear para descansar y disfrutar en familia. Fueron días de desconexión total, risas, juegos, buena comida y momentos inolvidables. La casa nos permitió reconectar, compartir sin prisas y disfrutar de cada instante. Cada rincón invitaba a relajarse y a sentirse como en casa. Sin duda, una experiencia de 100 puntos que quedará en nuestros corazones. ¡Volveríamos mil veces más!

La communication est excellente. Pas trop ni trop peu… Nous étions 6 et avons eu de la place pour circuler sans se gêner. Plusieurs accessoires sont disponibles et très pratiques comme des jeux pour enfant, ballon de basket, de volley, enceinte de musique et ses chargeurs…. Les lieux sont très propres et bien entretenus, on s’y sent bien. De nombreux rangements facilitent le séjour. L’endroit proposer est idéal pour être en famille comme entre amis, le personnel de piscine (qui se trouve au bout du jardin) est souriant et agréable. Nous recommandons fortement ce bien.

An amazing place which for sure we will return to. Close to the beach, a great pool with nice staffing. Overall atmosphere was amazing and we really felt 'home' amongst the other guests.

Nous avons séjourné moi , ma femme et nos deux enfants 3-5 ans chez Nikki Philip pour 7 jours et nous avons adoré l'endroit , Philip et son équipe ont toujours été présent quand nous avions besoin de leurs aide , une équipe 5 étoiles ! l'unité d'une belle grandeur et lumineuse , immense terrasse extérieur . Endroit extrêmement tranquille parfait pour notre famille , à seulement 2 mins de notre chambre la piscine et de la 1 min de la plage la perfection , seule petit point négatif est que le logement est assurément très en demande alors toutes les commodités de cuisines sont très usées ou endommagées et il n'y a plus de parc pour enfants comme sur les photos mais ceci n'a pas empêcher d'être un endroit parfait pour nous . Est-ce que je le recommande assurément !

Rapha fue un excelente Host y estuvo siempre en contacto con nosotros. El lugar tenía una vista excelente y fue tal cual lo descrito.
