Epic sea views, quiet area in Newlyn with parking!

My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.

The house is a few minutes walk to the seafront, beach and local amenities. It is perfectly placed for exploring the immediate area including the harbour, art galleries, independent shops, Lido and sub-tropical gardens. Not far from Penzance are the picturesque fishing villages of Mousehole and Newlyn. St Michaels Mount, Lands End, St Ives and the Minack Theatre are also just a few miles away. The South West Coast Path trail passes along the seafront and is very popular with all age groups.

Great location very spacious. Sea and castle view

Fantastic location sitting on the edge of the South West Coastal path at the top end of Marazion town.From the balcony this home enjoys uninterrupted sea views over Mounts bay and the famous St Michaels Mount.The Fire Engine pub is only a 5 minute walk. It only takes 15 minutes to walk down to St Michaels Mount and Marazion beach. Perranuthnoe beach is a 5 minute drive away/20 min coastal path walk. Praa Sands beach a further 5 min. Carbis bay&St Ives is only a 20 minute drive.
