Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Peoria County

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. House was clean, cozy and exactly as described. Amy and her family were wonderful to communicate with. Went above and beyond to make us feel at home!

Medley Manor and host Pete did not disappoint at all. This place was great for our team to stay during our competition. Plenty of space to relax privately in our own room but even more space for us to all gather together. Well stocked and comfortable.

George (Captain Alex) is a SUPERB host!!! Great communicator, extraordinary features inside and outside the home, very relaxing vibe, above and beyond expectations!!! Beautiful place for families to hang out and have fun!! Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was easy to find and checking in was simple. All the appliances were very new looking and well maintained. The furniture was clean and comfortable. There were even some treats waiting for us when we got there! Would recommend!

Our stay was a girl’s weekend- mother and daughters. The home was perfect for relaxing and visiting. Peaceful and quiet with a lovely view. We especially enjoyed watching the barges and birds. The beds were very comfortable, too. If we’re in the area again, we’d definitely choose this home.

Everything we had hoped for! This quaint home in the heart of the town was easy to find, instructions were clear on how to enter/exit, and it had all the amenities you could want from a full rental home. The basement with air hockey/foosball was a fun spot to hang out, and with the washer/dryer down there, it reduced the sound during use. The kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking pots/pans/utensils and the bathroom was in good shape (no fan to get rid of moisture but that's common with older homes). The beds were comfortable and there was room to move around in each bedroom. It was just two of us, but for a family of up to 6 this place would be great! The only annoyance was the loud creaking floors, but that's another thing you get from these older homes. There's a chance we may visit Morton again in the future, and we will likely be back to stay here.

Pet friendly: Our dog really enjoyed the large, fenced-in back yard, and we enjoyed its security. We even had a pleasant encounter with a maintenance man who was mowing the well-kept lawn. We had a wedding to go to in the area, and we had no concerns about our coming and going the Debera's BnB.

Steve was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this and his other properties if you’re needing accommodations in the area.

Stayed in Peoria for the Ledgestone Open Disc Golf tournament. Steve's place was perfect for us as we were playing. Kitchen was clean and had what we needed for cooking. Walmart only 7 mins away. The location was great for all the different courses we had to go to. Steve was quick to respond and helpfull. I highly recommend a stay here!!

We came in to see family and the place was perfect. Looking forward to staying here next time we are in town!

great long term stay, less than 10 minutes to any store and shopping. Close to baseball, hockey and museums. A handful or restaurants and Starbucks within walking distance.

Me and a coworker stayed for 3 weeks! The place was amazing, and it had everything we needed! The location is really excellent also, very quiet neighborhood and close to everything you need! Joseph was an amazing host very quick responding to any question we had and quick solutions to any problem we ran into! the place was amazing we will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area!

Me and my family love staying at unique places and this did not disappoint. The place is adorably cute and the property owners are super thoughtful and responsive we would definitely stay here again next year!!!
