Enjoyed every minute of our stay. House was clean, cozy and exactly as described. Amy and her family were wonderful to communicate with. Went above and beyond to make us feel at home!

This place is a super nice and has cool features. Updates in the right places that make it very comfy and felt right at home. I highly recommend if you’re in the area. Very clear instructions and responsive host. We will surely stay again next year.

We loved our stay. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was easy to find and checking in was simple. All the appliances were very new looking and well maintained. The furniture was clean and comfortable. There were even some treats waiting for us when we got there! Would recommend!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful house and they beyond met our expectations once again with great flexibility and beautiful communication throughout! We hope to come back again next year!

Cookies Cottage is a great little place to stay! Complete with all the amenities one needs for a long stay like mine. Located in a small, quiet, peaceful town within distance of larger cities. Matt is a terrific host! Responds quickly to messages and was great to work with. I needed a place to stay with my dogs and Matt made that possible. I appreciate him being so kind in allowing me to have my pups with me for the six weeks I stayed at his place. Will definitely book a stay again in the future. Thanks Matt!!

Great place to stay while in town for work with my boyfriend and our dogs . They’re big dogs and Sara has a nice fenced in yard. The place is a great value , and the host is super friendly and dog friendly!

Awesome spot for the price we paid It was clean and had everything we needed. Some instructions on where things were or how to use things could be nice, but we were able to find and use what we needed to. She is obviously still working on the place herself but we still had a great stay. Just watch out for the horrible old lady across the street who screamed at me and my dog

Wonderful home and has plenty of stores within a short distance. Very clean and it felt like I was at home!

Fantastic host. Nice house, it’s not big but it matches the description and is very functional. Very nice amenities in the house. House has a relatively private back yard and is in a safe community, there is a local police officer that lives 5 houses up the road. If you are in the area, this is a great place.

Joseph was easy to work with and was responsive. It was nice to have a yard for my dog!

This is the 2nd time we have rented the whole house. This for us is an Easter getaway where we do not leave the house and just play games with our kids, watch movies, eat together and just spend good time. This house is perfect for all of that. The hot tub is great, though the time limits are hard to work around as it would be nice to start earlier than 10 as it was great for my sore back and not going after 10 sometimes ruined some of our relaxation but not a deal breaker. The media room in the basement is one of our favorite areas. We bring our own Wii and hook it up and it is great playing the games on the large tv. We also hook up a laptop or sign into one of our streaming accounts to watch movies. Air hockey was great. The bumper pool table needs work, it appears most of the bumpers are missing the nuts that attach them to the table so they did not work well. it was also way out of level. So we kind of fixed that. Kitchen is nice and the bedrooms are great.

The house is as large, welcoming, clean, and was packed with amenities. Dimitar was a fantastic host! There were issues with scheduling that he straighten out in short order. I am new to Airbnb. Lucky for me, Dimitar was able to help me with all of my newbie issues!

We enjoyed the hot tub and the view, especially for the sunrises. The decor was amazing and the house had everything we needed!

Chris's place was incredible. The privacy of it for myself and my dog to run around in the back was perfect. There is a clear path to walk down by the river, and the view are outstanding. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Peoria. Thank you, Chris

The hosts were both absolutely lovely, so kind and helpful! The home has so much attention to detail, it’s unbelievable. So cozy and fun, tons of super neat games to play and perfect places to hang out and enjoy the cozy vibes! The hot tub was clean and the spot is perfect, definitely would book anytime I’m in Peoria!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this piece of history. The property is beautiful and very private. You can tell the owners care about the home and maintaining its history. This was hands down the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen at an Airbnb! Lots of linens and towels back ups provided. We had one rain day and we had fun playing many of the games made available to us. (which are countless) We now also want a mini pool table lol. Being able to get in the hot tub after a long day of hiking also was incredible. We will definitely be back!

Kristin is very down to earth, friendly & welcoming. She's also prompt , helpful & detailed in her responses . My family & I drove just over 2hrs to reach the cabin . Upon turning the corner & pulling into the driveway, the cabin is spacious & beautiful. The inside is breathtaking with high end appliances & bathrooms & a well stocked kitchen with everything from towels to utensils. We were welcomed to wine , snacks & a card.. There's plenty of seating & sleeping options with great use of the space. Great internet and plenty of entertainment throughout, especially in the lower level. The cabin exceeded our needs & expectations. I'm thankful to have found the listing & made special memories with my family there. I highly recommend this place! ❤️
