The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge under Mount Pelmo at the summit of 3,168 m. On clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

Just 500 meters from Lake Centro Cadore and about 30 km from Cortina and 20 km from Auronzo and just 200 meters from the bike path that connects Belluno to Calalzo. In the lake during the summer, it is possible to bathe and fish for pike. Suitable for couples or families, it has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. When the bed is open, the passage is possible but very narrow, so it is recommended to open it only during the night.
