Responses from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. The kitchen, living room, dining room, and 2 bedrooms have stunning sea views from the 4th floor. 1 bedroom with 180° sea view thanks to a bay window overlooking the beach + a bay window overlooking Sète through the dining room. Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. Personal apartment so I only rent to visitors with positive reviews. A change of scenery guaranteed in our Waterfront House, completely renovated, Air-conditioned by the living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 private parking spaces on the back grounds of the house. Only 15 minutes by foot and 2 minutes by bus from Carnon Beach. You will enjoy a superb unobstructed view of the Pérols pond which extends over more than 210 ha, more often called Méjean pond, jogging, walking , cycling, you will be in total osmosis with nature and the many water birds.

Ideal families. WiFi. On the garden level, the apartment is located between the beach on one side and the port on the other. Facing south, you will enjoy the sun on the terrace all year round... Parking space available for one car. No additional fees as 👉 cleaning not included and bed linen not provided. You will need to make the apartment clean and provide your sheets, towels... The children's area is a small space and can only accommodate children (short beds 180cm)
