Guest house, pool and air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms

Rental fee based on the number of guests. If you want to listen to loud music, DO NOT rent my property. The guest house (annex of the house) will be rented. It has a large swimming pool (7 X 4), 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites), and there is another house on the property but separated by a wall (I live in the other house). The rented space offers privacy, a garage with 2 spaces, Wi-Fi, 5 smart TVs, and all bedrooms have air conditioning. There is an integrated living room with a kitchen and a barbecue area. The house is on the third block from the beach (600m from the beach). Use of audio at an AMBIENT volume.

First of all, a Warning: if you are looking for a place for parties or for loud sound, even during the day, this is not the ideal house. This great place with plenty of room to have fun. Large swimming pool with safety net for children and pets. Barbecue, swimming pool and kitchen. 4 en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning, one on the ground floor, ideal for the elderly.
