Apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 living room with a kitchen. It is fully furnished, has a very fast Wi-fi, Smart television. Guests will allways find some coffee & tea. Private parking free of public parking charge. Apartment is located ina very suitable place it is city center, but very quite and easy to reach any place from it. The house is build by germans in year 1905. Various bus stops are close by, shops as well can be reached by 5 minute walk.

The living area features large windows offering expansive views of lush greenery and the distant sea. A comfortable cream sofa and a round coffee table are positioned centrally. A decorative lamp stands beside the sofa, and a plant adds a natural element to the space.
