Holiday rentals with beach access in Pescara

Had a super nice stay! Close to the beach and a private parking space. Compliments for the listing and the host! I would recommend this to anyone!

All was fine for our brief stay!

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

Tisha and Marco are incredible hosts. Their beach apartment is beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice. Air conditioning in the rooms is a nice break from the hot sun. Montesilvano is a breathtaking beach town. It’s relaxed, everyone bikes around, and we felt very safe with our 2 young kids. They especially loved the bunk beds in the apartment! And on top of that you’re 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and 3 minutes from an incredible gelato and coffee shop. Take advantage of the pedestrian walkway. I would not hesitate to book here if staying in Montesilvano!

Katia and Francesco immediately proved to be two friendly and cordial people who advised us on activities and places to visit in the area. The house is furnished with new furniture and in perfect condition, equipped with every comfort and everything that each of us has in our own apartment, but above all we found impeccable cleanliness. Convenient parking space inside the property, in 5 minutes on foot you reach the beach, both equipped beach and very large and well-kept free beach. Nearby there is every kind of store. The initiatives of the various municipalities to entertain tourists are also excellent. There is also a lot to visit in the hinterland. Abruzzo is really nice and convenient to visit. A special mention for Katia's dad, a really lovely person.

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. Beautiful apartment, clean and well equipped. Guido is very helpful and available 24 hours a day. I use Airbnb a lot, and I haven't had a chance to meet a person yet. We stayed in 4 boys plus a little girl on New Year's Eve, we were with God. Mr. Martino who welcomed us was very kind, he let us stay even a few more hours having arrived late in the evening after work… the house is really nice and with all the comforts! ❤️ thank you very much.

We stayed one night in Chiara's house, everything was perfect, cleanliness and communication. The new place is in a great location on the waterfront and a few minutes from shops and restaurants. Chiara is an excellent host, I hope to return to this facility again.
