Casa Marù

Take it easy in this unique and relaxing space. Casa Marù is a small accommodation suitable for two or three people looking for tranquility and nature. It is located in a small Abruzzo village that is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The accommodation's characteristic feature is the Majella stone construction, which makes the house cool in summer. Parking (not for a fee) is located near the property. Also ideal for those who want to go to the beach (reachable in about 30 minutes).

In Pescosansonesco, immersed in the Gran Sasso National Park, a portion of a detached house located on the ground floor is rented. The apartment consists of: independent entrance, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom, double bedroom and bedroom with bunk bed. The property includes a large terrace, for exclusive use, equipped with a solarium area with a hydromassage pool, gazebo and barbecue. Private parking space attached. Upon request, you can try the family farm's zero-kilometer products.

Iu Ruschiu

Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

JANNAMARE - Jannamaro's house by the sea

Consisting of a large living room with sofa bed, TV and fireplace, kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower, one of which is external. Large terrace on the beach. Air conditioning and underfloor heating. Ideal for enjoying the summer nightlife of the Riviera and the peace and tranquility of the sea in winter.

When we designed the contours, we thought of a quiet place, surrounded by nature and silence, away from the frenzy that accompanies each of us every day! We chose simple and humble materials...Wood and rope...We searched for them, found them, studied them, treated them and assembled them...The result: an environment set up with unique pieces, made by us!
