I stayed at Mooli’s place for over a month with my husband and kids. The place had everything we needed for comfortable living and cooking/eating. I really like how he decorated it and made the most of the space which had a lot of character. He mounted TVs in every bedroom and we were all happy there. It was very cozy and I thought it was great place for the money. I was also able to walk to shops and grocery stores which was so convenient. 100% recommend.

Great location very comfortable apartment, great communication and I was happy to get a very late checkout time which accommodates my flight schedule.

Yosi is a good host, always responsive. The apartment had everything we needed: clean linens and towels, fully equipped kitchen, bath tube, private parking, balcony, TV etc. It was comfortable to stay there. Though it had some minor issues with cleanliness. In overall we had a good experience in the apartment. Thank you Yosi.

Everything was just perfect. From moving into the apartment to moving out. The apartment fully met our expectations and absolutely all members of my family were pleased with the comfort, layout of the rooms and cleanliness. The huge bright salon allowed us to spend a lot of time together at the common table and enjoy communication and calmness. Amazing Home Perfect for Family Getaways! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house! The charming patio, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious living area was ideal for our family. The property is nestled in a quit neighborhood, yet just a 25-minute walk to the beach and city center—perfect balance for relaxation and exploration. The layout was ideal for our family: two cozy bedrooms in the main house and an additional bedroom in the small private guesthouse in the patio. It felt like having our own little retreat! The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel like cherished friends rather than guests. This is the perfect spot for families with kids—plenty of space, privacy, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! 🏡💙

הוילה מדהימה ונוחה מאוד, הרגשנו בבית היינו 4 נפשות שהגענו לחגוג אירוע ב"אחוזה" בבית חנן - ממש קרוב לשם לימור קיבלה אותנו והיתה זמינה לכל מה שצריך ויותר קיבלנו את הוילה נקייה ומסודרת ויש בה הכל מהכל - זה הבית שלהם אני ממליצה לכם לא לחשוב פעמיים ולסגור בהקדם המקום מושלם, האנרגייה טובה, והמארחים מקסימים בהחלט נחזור שוב, תודה לכם על הכל

טל וחגית היו מדהימות והיה קל לתקשר איתן, נתנו מענה חכל שאלה או בקשה. הבית מהמם והמושב שקט וכיפי! ❤️

נהנינו מאוד מהשהייה בבית, המיקום נהדר קרוב לכל המקומות כולל השווקים (שוק הפשפשים ושוק הכרמל) הים במרחק הליכה של 5 דק' , מאוד מומלץ.

The Gardens and pool were stunning. The beach was private, if a little difficult for us to get to. the litchen was well equipped and the hpuse was large with plenty of room for all. Rivka was a delight and attentive to all our requests.

Place is great location, half block from beach. Attached to a cool coffee bar and one of the more popular restaurants in town. Host was quick to answer any issues and even sent ice cream! Parking was cool, it comes up in an automated system. Would def stay here again!

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. La localisation proche de la mer était très agréable. La place de parking mis à disposition est très appropriée. Le logement en lui même est très agréable et dispose d’une cuisine très pratique et conviviale. Ilan est très réactif et facilement disponible. Je recommande à 1000%

היה תענוג להתארח אצל דן. דירה מקסימה עם כל מה שצריך לחופשה בלי דאגות. דן היה זמין כל הזמן, ענה במהירות לכל השאלות ואפילו יצר קשר בעצמו כדי להסביר לנו דברים על הדירה ולדאוג שיהיה לנו הכי נוח ושנרגיש בבית. בנוסף, דן היה מאוד גמיש ואיפשר לנו להישאר שעות נוספות בדירה ביום האחרון ללא שום תשלום נוסף בעקבות דחיית הטיסה. סך הכל, חוויה מאוד חיובית. ממליצה בחום!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to be on the beach. There was plenty of room for my 4 adult children. There apartment was equipped with everything we needed. We used to gym, hot tub and sauna almost everyday. I would love to stay there again.

Wow, it was an amazing stay. A beautifully designed and surprisingly spacious apartment with high ceilings and many windows. The building itself is an old one, as most are in the neighborhood. No chic outside should be expected, - rather a multicultural cozy-small-city Israeli milieu. The location is perfect for shopping groceries and stuff, the bus and train stops are nearby, though we used our car. It's not easy to find a spare parking space close to the building, but it's possible. The beaches of Bat-Yam are just 20 minutes walk on a straight Rothschild str. The nearby bakery shop Lehem Hodaya is amazingly tasty, we even bought some with us when we left home. We loved it there and would love to come back.

Тихое место, 3 комнаты, уютно, очень очень чисто, есть все для проживания, удобно, подземная стоянка. Приятное общение с хозаивами.
