Beautiful Cottage with Suntrap Garden

The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

Relax and enjoy a stay on a smallholding in Herefordshire. The guest suite, including shower room is on the first floor, with own entrance and stairs. On the landing is a small area with facilities to make your own breakfast, including microwave and three quarter size fridge. Guests have use of a small patio area at front. Off road parking. A beautiful newly appointed oak framed studio apartment in the heart of Herefordshire. Within easy reach of Hereford city centre and close to many other popular places ie Hay-on-Wye, the Black Mountains, the Golden Valley, the Showgrounds of the Three Counties and the Royal Welsh to name but a few! This open plan bed/sitting/kitchen space gives the feeling of calm and relaxation. A separate shower/toilet room also. This is situated on a working farm.

Old Shop Cabin is a beautiful and relaxing place from which to enjoy Hay-on-Wye (the famous book town) and the wonderful countryside of the Black Mountains, the Brecon Beacons, and Herefordshire's Golden Valley. The cabin is the perfect place to come for a couples getaway. It is totally self-contained, has ample off-road parking and also has its own completely private, south-facing garden with a tranquil view looking out onto the village church.

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.

The studio is an oh so cute and cosy barn conversion with stunning views of the Golden Valley. Perfect for a weekend getaway for two or a few days of quiet meditation for one. It has a bathroom, kitchenette and bbq, shops and pubs are a ten minute drive. Wonderful local walks and hiking in the Black Mountains just fifteen minutes away - swimming spots, pony trekking or canoeing on the Wye are just some of the activities in the area.

Amazing location and a beautiful barn conversion

The barn has brilliant views and has been beautifully furnished. It has a fully fitted kitchen with adequate seating area and access to a deck with extensive views. The living area has 2 very comfortable settees. One thing to note is that our TV does not have an aerial but we have wifi which means you can watch tv on catch up or live.
