The apartment also has a new 22 m² roof terrace/sun terrace with 1 table & 4 chairs as well as an idyllic view of the countryside. The house is situated in rural and quiet surroundings - time to switch off & enjoy!

Welcome to the apartment "The Island Apartment“. We offer a comfortable, spacious and fully equipped apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people on 110 sqm. If necessary, even more people can be accommodated. There is also a children's travel cot. Due to our convenient location, we are very easy to reach by car and also by bike (close proximity to the Weserradweg). Consumer markets and bakeries are in the vicinity.

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
