The area around the house is a safe, parking fee-free zone. The hospital is 6 minutes on foot, but the city center is easily accessible on foot, comfortably 15 minutes. The apartment is equipped with a premium category air conditioning system. Separate entrance bedrooms 3 pcs, in the living room there is a double sofa. The covered terrace belongs to the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped. There's wifi. You don't have to pay for parking. The parking lot is in front of the house, equipped with a camera.

Under the apartment is daily bar with ocassional acustic events on weekend.
