We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house! The host was fantastic very responsive and understanding, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The house itself was warm, comfortable, and felt like home. Our family absolutely loved it! It was kept to a high standard, spotless, and well-maintained. Lovely presented house in the heart of a quiet picturesque village. Excellent food and service in the local just a short walk away. Would stay again if in the area.

Amazing house and location to spend NYE in - really great size for a group of 8 of us and lovely very handy location. Lovely communal area and bedrooms were ideal. Bottle of fizz for NY was a lovely touch! Only a couple of small issues for next time to be aware of -the WIFI connection to the TV didn't really work and the beds were quite uncomfortable in the upper floor rooms. But for a night or two it's no issue.

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. The caravan was very tidy, immaculately clean and all the right equipment esp. kitchen stuff. Located on a quieter part of the park. Helpful and friendly host. If you want to stay on this park, then I can recommend this host and her van.

We’ve had a super, sunny stay at Ice Cream Cottage. It’s a charming, welcoming space, with everything we needed for a weekend by the sea. Lots of thought has gone into making guests staying at the cottage feel comfortable. The location was perfect to explore Seaford and enjoy how close the cottage is to the sea. Laura was so helpful with local recommendations, and quick to respond. We hope to be back soon!

We stayed just for one night but had a lovely time. The place is very spacious and quiet, it’s clean and tidy. Location-wise it’s right in the centre of town and near the beach, so it was perfect. Olga and igor were responsive and kindly let us check in a bit earlier to drop off our stuff, which hugely helped us out. The only issue is that people have a habit of parking outside the house, right next to the front door. It was a struggle to get the buggy inside on a few occasions. Other than that, brilliant stay with good hosts!

Ideal location for us as we were having our kitchen done and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of weeks. It was out of season, but the whole site was friendly and quiet and the bar was open on the weekends. Place was warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Communication was good with clear instructions on booking in and out.
