The bungalow with a 70s decor is on the outskirts of a quiet small-scale park, 1.5 km from the sea. The bedroom has an electrically adjustable bed (2x80), and the living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom (with shower) have been completely renovated. The bungalow is 60 m2 and has a very spacious garden. Your dog is also welcome. 100 meters from the park is the small but beautiful nature reserve Wildrijk, which is known for the thousands of wild hyacinths that bloom there in April/May. The blooming tulip fields also color the wide surroundings. The parking lot is located at the beginning of the park. The park itself is car-free. In the parking lot, there are luggage carts to transport your belongings to the cottage. Sint Maartensvlotbrug is located on the North Holland coast between Callantsoog and Petten. It is a very good cycling and hiking area. The Schoorlse dunes are 10 kilometers to the south and Den Helder 20 kilometers to the north. In the dunes between Sint Maartenszee and Callantsoog is the special Zwanenwater with its spoonbills. The bicycles that are there can be used. In Sint Maartensvlotbrug, there is a Spar and in Callantsoog an AH that is open 7 days a week until 10 p.m. In Sint Maartenszee, there is a laundromat if needed. Every Monday morning, there is a cozy flea market in the parking lot at playground De Goudvis. In the summer months, there is always a flea market somewhere on Saturday and Sunday.

An outdoor swimming pool, à la carte restaurant, supermarket, entertainment team, bike rental, laundry, and much more. It is located within walking distance of the beach. There are beautiful cycling and hiking routes in the area. The mountain bike trail of Schoorl is 5 km away. Cities in the vicinity are Schagen and Alkmaar. In short, a vacation destination with plenty of possibilities.

The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

Between Westfriesche omringdijk and Zee is the small rural village of Burgerbrug. At the back of the barn is a cozy apartment where you can relax wonderfully. The area is beautiful. There is no breakfast service. However, there is a fridge, combi microwave and 2-burner induction cooktop. TV in the bedroom is for streaming only. Private shower and toilet. Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal town of Petten is close to the beach and the canals around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedged retreat. The park de Watersnip, in which our MEERZEIT is located, also has great leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask at the information desk at the park entrance.

There is a separate toilet on both the ground and upper floors. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds. There is a bathroom with sink, bathtub and shower cabin. TV - WiFi available. Parking is available on private, enclosed property, and bicycles can be stored inside.

Petten by the Sea, Dunes & Forest

On just a stone’s throw from the beach, you will find this wonderful apartment. You can walk to the beach in about 8 minutes via paths through the dunes. Nice cities like Alkmaar and Schagen are shortby. The beautiful biking paths of the dunes of Schoorl and Bergen are reachable by bike. We moved into this new home in the spring of 2025, and opened the Airbnb in June 2025. There are plenty of towels and bed linnen for you to use.
