Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, Wi-Fi, PlayStation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even on hot summer days.

The apartment comprises the entire top floor of an old building in a central location, about 3 minutes' walk from the train station. The cosy living atmosphere over a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the roof terrace on the garden side - quickly make you forget the missing lift. Important note regarding sleeping arrangements: 1x double bed 160x200cm 1x double bed 140x200cm 1 x pull-out bed 160x200cm 1 x travel cot (2 emergency beds - no special sleep quality!)

Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!

The shipmaster's house is also located on the popular Danube bike path and offers its own bike parking and e-bike charging facilities. Old building apartment in the heart of the city of Melk, which offers everything. Located directly below Melk Abbey, in the middle of the pedestrian zone and yet close to the train station. Fantastic apartment with 150m², ideal for families with children. Very tastefully decorated, the peace and relaxation guaranteed. The Danube bike path is 5 minutes walking distance, private parking very close by, storage of bicycles available.
