A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, enjoying meals, swimming, walking, cycling, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

Newly built semi-detached cosy single storey cottage nestled in 1066 countryside on the edge of the Combe Haven Countryside Park with its own private wood-burning hot tub. The cottage is wheel chair friendly. It has one very spacious double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single bed. Also a sofa bed located in the front room for extra guests. Pets are also allowed. Parking directly out side with step free access to the cottage. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The Potting Shed is a fabulous space to spend time with family and friends. With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds

Beautiful four bedroom beach house -STEP FREE ACCESS- on a quiet private beach in Norman’s bay East Sussex with views to die for- the beach to the back garden and fields with sheep to the front ( no houses). If you can’t relax here -you can’t relax anywhere! The house is situated on a private road, peaceful location. Smart tv, log burner and central heating for the cold nights. Parking for 3 cars. The beach stretches for miles ,with miles of sand at low tide !
