Holiday rentals with a patio in Phang Nga Bay

This was a great place to stay. I liked how electricity/water/cleaning fees were all included in the price so no hidden charges. Location is great by the beach and many great restaurants nearby to eat. 7/11 is next door, super convenient. Only slight critique I have was that the bed was harder than I like. This is just personal preference so I still rated 5 star!

Great apartment in a new complex. Incredible cleanliness, no insects - no ant penetrated the apartment in a month. Good location, windows overlook a green slope with trees, the sun only gets in the evening. Recommended!

Really a wonderful stay, certainly by Thai standards! A sparkling clean apartment with separate living/kitchen area and separate bedroom with bathroom. Spacious balcony that adjoins this unit right next to the swimming pool, which is ideal thanks to the garden gate. Swimming pool itself also clean, well maintained and with jacuzzi area in the front. The location of the apartment is top 5 minutes walk from Surin beach (which is nicer than Bang Tao beach according to us!). Large supermarket around the corner too. And soooo happy to have a washing machine in the room to refresh all our holiday clothes!

It was a nice villa to hang out in, spacious with lots of things inside like a projector and loud sound system. Only thing is it’s a bit far from the old phuket town but once we picked up a scooter it was okay.

Angie and Tim’s villa at Botanica Modern Lofts was absolutely sublime—one of the best we've stayed in around Bang Tao. The pool is pure zen, and the lush gardens truly make you feel like you're in a tropical paradise. Inside, the villa is beautifully styled with a calming, neutral color scheme that adds to the overall sense of relaxation. It’s tucked away in a quiet, private area, yet still within walking distance to great local spots, including the fantastic coffee shop Tree O’clock.

Great peaceful place to stay with a vert friendly host, you can rent a bike as well for a very cheap price.

Amazing place to stay with kids! The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family-friendly stay. The host was very responsive and made sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend!

The place was a dream! Very central, yet close to the sea and you had your peace and privacy. Shopping is within 5 minutes walking distance, as is the sea! The rest can be easily reached by taxi or tuktuk. The pool has been cleaned regularly & the chlorine checked during our stay.

Very beautiful, peaceful location in a gated community. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding gardens. A thirteen minute walk to Seven 11 store, fruit market and motorbike rental. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels etc. Electricity and water for the week cost us about $50 CAD (1500 baht) for our family of four. We thought this was reasonable. A five minute motorbike ride brought us to the center of town - night market, scuba diving shop, tour boats, restaurants etc. We had a wonderful time, thanks again Kurt!

Great stay and amazing host. Everything was clean and communication was great. There’s a Big C nearby, lots of restaurants and a food market, and not too far from Patong. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would come back next time we are in Phuket. Thank you for being such great hosts.

Beautiful and spacious condo, with great views from the balcony on the pool, the sunset and partial sea view. We really enjoyed our time. Lucinda is very kind and helpful. I love the location, kalim is calm and not far from Patong. Free parking was nice too. Thank you for everything.

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.

This accommodation was one of the best we have ever had through Airbnb. The whole MIDA resort is amazing and we honestly spent the whole 4 days by the pool in the resort and relaxing. There are several restaurants, bars and cafes in the resort, so we had everything at hand. The host Oleg is very hospitable and the small gift at the end of our stay only enhanced the positive impression.

First of all, Fantastic communication at all times and easy with Ken, is so friendly. Have stayed in Patong Towers AirBNB's before but this place was a standout, and not the least because of the amazing views. This place is a great location in Patong beach with a great view of beach and sunset. The apartment had everything one could need for a very comfortable stay. Netflix etc was a huge bonus for some downtime now. Super fast wi-fi made media posting of pics of the beach view. Bed was comfy, lots of towels etc and even woven beach mats. Nice roomy bathroom. the kitchen had everything that I needed. Aircon worked very well in both living areas. Can highly recommend to everyone looking for an exceptional self-catering holiday with view to die for. Thank you for letting us stay.
