Covering an area of 1,400sqm with a 17m swimming pool, the villa is almost 100sqm long and has 5 large bedrooms, 4 of which have queen size beds, the 5th consists of two single beds, and three of which have panoramic sea views and floor-to-ceiling windows. The suite can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with an additional charge for 5 bedrooms. Our villa has two maids, our housekeeper is fluent in Chinese, and the villa can also book a driver for you. There is a security deposit of 12,000 THB for staying at the villa, 2 units of electricity are complimentary at the villa and 240 THB per additional unit (one unit of electricity in the community is equivalent to 40 units of ordinary electricity). No noisy parties in the villa.

Surin Beach is a 7 minute walk and close by are the famous beach clubs like Catch Beach Club, Lazy Coconut, The Beach, Cafe del Mar and top restaurants Kaleido, Suay Cherng Talay, Catch, Little Paris, Carpe Diem.
