Holiday rentals with beach access in Phetchaburi

great place 5 stars from me, great pool, there is a mosquito 🦟 problem there which needs to be addressed. you definitely will need some insect killer & repellent. but this is my only complaint

The place was exactly like in the photo. It's very comfortable and utilized condo, The area surrounded by swimming pool. We love this place and we will be back for sure.

This apartment is very relaxed and homey, and we really enjoyed our month long stay. The location is quiet and peaceful. Most of the tourists in the area are staying at the huge beachfront hotels so the roads are very quiet and local. We had a moped to get into the main town of Cha Am and Hua Hin, but there is a small street with a few restaurants nearby within walking distance as well. The condo building has the most incredible pool and a quiet gym. The apartment itself isn’t super modern but is clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. We needed help from the host on 2 occasions and both times they were very responsive, polite and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this apartment and would like to thank the hosts🙏🏼

This condo was a wonderful place to stay. It has a great view of the beach from the bedroom and and lounge/kitchen. The bed is large and very comfortable. It's very peaceful. You can walk to a few beach side restaurants. The condo has a cheap laundry service. You will need a motorbike or car to get groceries. The reception have cars and bikes for hire.

The room is comfortable and clean, the landlord responds quickly, is not far from the beach, and is convenient for shopping. It is the first choice to consider again in the future

Die Unterkunft von Jean ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Zentrum zu erreichen und liegt am nördlichen Strand von Hua Hin. Es ist ein schöner Sandstrand, aber es gibt keine Restaurants oder Sonnenliegen wie im südlichen Strand. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, das grössere Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und leider kein Fenster nach Draussen. Beide Schlafzimmer haben einen direkten Zugang in die beiden Badezimmer. Gleich gegenüber gibt es ein Cafè mit gutem Kaffee und Frühstück. Wer etwas weiter weg unterwegs ist, kann mit Bolt Taxis fahren.

Spent a wonderful weekend in Hua Hin in this apartment. Stylish modern condo, direct access to a huge swimming pool right from the balcony felt very luxurious. The host warned us in advance of minor water damage to the floors even before accepting our booking request, which was very nice of them – the issue was indeed minor enough that it did not affect our experience at all. 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the nearest 7-11 and a bunch of cosy great restaurants. Would gladly stay here next time for longer – if you're planning a weekend or a couple weeks in the area, look no further

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family, including our small dog and baby. A great spot to relax during our roadtrip, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was absolutely beautiful. Vasana was so easy to work with and help us coordinate transportation when we needed it. Our family has a fabulous time and we would stay here again!

It is a great location but just a heads up you have to leave a 3000 baht deposit which is fine but does not explain this on their listings Peaceful clean nice building one we had a few issues that may require looking at nothing serious just a couple of light bulbs etc Short drive to beach and bars which is great The host is very helpful I will definitely return

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and comfortable home! With four bedrooms, it easily accommodated our group of seven adults and three kids. The house felt very safe and private, and the pool was a refreshing bonus. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we had a great time singing karaoke and enjoying the amenities. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Nice and clean place! Not in the main tourist area but a short walk to the beach and good restaurants. You can get a grab and quickly be at tourist spots. Toei was very friendly and helpful! We needed a fan for the ground floor and she had one delivered for us the first night. She even helped set up a motorbike rental for me!

We had a fantastic 3 month stay in the house.The house was perfect for us.The house is in a very well kept complex and is very well kept and very lovingly furnished.We immediately felt at Home.Everything was there.. we didn‘t miss anything.Everything at a very high Level.We were also very impressed by the large garden with Pool and Whirlpool.Very well maintained and beautifully landscaped with lots of Palm trees and blooming flowers.A and J have placed great value on high quality outdoor furniture.They are varios seating options,all of which were excellent.The staff too who was responsible for House and pool twice a week,read our every wish from our eyes.Amy and Jens were always available for us throughout the Holiday and made sure that we could spend a wonderful carefree holiday in their House.Dear Amy and Jens , thank you so much again for this wonderfull holiday in your house ! Nice apartment which has a wide working desk which was really good for a remote worker like me. The apartment complex has a gym and two swimming pools. Checking in and out was very easy at the condo office downstairs.

This place is as advertised. Clean, comfy and in a quiet location with gated security. Beautiful accomodations and pool. Would definetly reccomend this place and this host.

Очень тихий и зеленей кондоминимум, вдали от техногенных шумов. Очень хорошая зеленая территория, чистые ухоженные бассейны. Это именно то жилье, которое необходимо если хочется отдохнуть от городской суеты. Квартира хорошая, есть все необходимое, в квартире не жарко, хорошо продувается. Хозяин отзывчивый и быстро решает все вопросы. Из относительных неудобств, если вы не на машине или байке, то не всегда легко вызвать такси. Однозначно рекомендую !!!

My small family had a fantastic stay at Punjarat’s place and she was a brilliant host. Close to the beach and the pool was good for small kids. Very friendly staff in the building. Punjarat went above and beyond as a host on many occasions. Highly recommend to everyone!
