Maggie's Man Cave is NOT really a cave, it is a private suite in our basement with a separate driveway and entrance from the main home. You will hardly know there is a family living above you as you settle into this comfortable, modern and welcoming space - you will feel at home in this rural setting with easy access to I-44 and either Lebanon, Conway or Bennet Spring State Park. Feel free to relax in the suite or enjoy our 50 acres inclusive of a pond and woods with walking trails.
“What an incredible stay! Everything was super clean and inviting! I had to pull myself out of the shower, so relaxing after a long day! Pete and Maggie were incredibly accommodating from check in times and even laundry! They even invited me to enjoy meals with their family. What a treat to have such delicious food and wonderful company awaiting me, truly an exception to the Airbnb experience. This is a must stay!”

“We had a wonderful stay! -The place was spotless -I loved all the amenities, she thought of EVERYTHING! -decorations were great! -The Bed was SO comfortable! And I loved the bedding. The sofa bed was not that comfortable, (but fine for the kids), and I wished there were sheets for it. I’ll bring them next time we stay. -Loved the little kitchen, it had everything we needed. -motion sensor night lights were so great! -the air conditioning worked amazing too! -she responded SO quickly, when we had a few questions! -overall one of the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at. We’ll definitely be back!”
Welcome to the Briza Farmhouse! We're located just half an hour from Springfield, Missouri. The entire upstairs of this historic farmhouse has been renovated to include three private rooms upstairs with a full bathroom. The main floor includes a 4th bedroom, full kitchen, living room, and dining room, as well as a second full bathroom. Fun Fact! Marshfield was the home of Edwin Hubble, inventor of the Hubble telescope. Good things come from tiny towns :)
“The second time staying in Mary’s home. Shared it with several other dog training friends while we attended a school not far from Mary’s house location. Spent 2 weeks here. Mary is an awesome hostess and is quick to take care of whatever we needed. Will be renting the house in the future as her home is the perfect location for attending dog training seminars that are held in this area. Ive recommend Mary’s home to others that I know who are coming to town for training.”
