Probably the best place to stay in the city. Ben, the ladies at reception, the cleaning ladies, everyone is great. Safe area, close to a lot of cool stuff.

Loved staying at this airbnb, it was perfect for a long stay with family. The bed & sofabed were very toddler friendly too. There were also a few cafes and minimarkets on the lobby which was a plus. Yoyo & Lala were very responsive on the questions we had. Thanks a lot for hosting us 😊

This place is amazing! just like the pictures and description of the apartment. The apartment is presented very clean, its spacious and has a very comfortable home feeling. The hosts are very pro active, friendly, and helpful and no question is too hard. The building has security downstairs and there are some surrounding cafes and stores in walking distance. For other locations it's just a grab or bike away, and it's very cheap to get around, it's hassel free. Next door is La vela hotel with roof top swimming pool, you just buy a ticket if you wish to visit it. It's totally worth it. The apartment is located away also from the hard bussel so you can get a good night's rest. Highly recommend apartment and very helpful hosts! Will definitely book again!

The location of the apartment is very good, in the middle of the airport and attractions, it takes only 20 minutes to get to Ho Chi Minh Airport by taxi, 700 meters to walk to the pink church, you can walk to the central post office for 2 kilometers, the room is very clean, the apartment is very new and high level, the landlord is very responsive, the communication started many days in advance. In general, it is an apartment that will definitely stay in Ho Chi Minh in the future. There is a convenience store 100 meters to the right of the apartment building

We spent a week in Helene, Dylan, Spring & co.'s place in December. There is so much to do nearby, including great vegetarian restaurants and delicious coffeeshops. The view from the 18th floor is amazing, we found ourselves looking out the window for entertainment each evening as the city lights came on. Given the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Min City, the apartment is amazingly quiet. We appreciated the kitchen and having space to spread out. The hosts were instantly responsive to any concerns.

The room here is clean, bright and in a super good location, affordable price. Guys in the reception are also helpful in giving instructions as well. There are also many hair salons and spa around the area, you can try different one everyday. The only thing I might concern is the smell of the room, probably not too pleasant, it’s the smell of old wooden stuffs supposed. Next time I come back to HCMC, it’s still one of my top options.
