It was a nice and comfortable stay.

It was so nice from check-in to mid-cleaning. The location was also good, so I never used a taxi or Grab. ^^ I think I'll visit again if I go next time!

This stay was one of the highlights of my Hanoi trip! It was my first time travelling to Hanoi, so I had booked multiple airbnbs so I can check out & stay in different areas of Hanoi, and this was my favourite stay out of all! I felt truly at home. The room was spotless and so beautiful! Prior to the trip, I already had a hard time deciding which room from Resonate Hanoi I'd like to book as each room has a different interior style. Hoang was also very proactive and friendly, always checking in and sharing recommendations. He was also so sweet to let us store our baggage as we arrived earlier, way before check-in time. I absolutely can't wait to come back again! Also I love that the bath towels are so fluffy soft!

Good place to live

Your host is very cute and enthusiastic, the apartment is nice and tidy and clean. There is a lake area and a very chill walking park.

Nice place, Ha was very responsive and helpful. Make sure you talk with Ha before you book the place to confirm everything. He has very friendly staff at the reception and everything is very flexible. Please note that the 2nd bedroom has a very small window that looks on the other side of the building and it is not that convenient to be opened, its a bit dusty outside. But the bed and room are comfortable. The flat lacks cuttlery and needs to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly, but if this occurs, just tell Ha, he will send someone to clean it. Thank you, Ha!

I live in Vietnam. It's usually a hotel when I leave Hanoi on the weekend, but this time I used Airbnb and I'm satisfied. Of course, it's not a hotel, so it's not a must, but I thought it would be nice to have a hair dryer. That's it!

Phuong was a wonderul host. One of the best I had. The unit is in the great location. Make sure to stay there over the weekend. Lots of food, shopping, cafes. Strongly recommend.

Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

The location of the homestay is particularly good, far from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, just a one-minute walk from the intercontinental hotel, and there are many good restaurants and coffee shops and grocery stores around, which is very convenient, and we love the view along the lake.The house is beautiful, we had a wonderful Spring Festival here, the terrace on the top level was beautiful and unfortunately not available to enjoy.The host is welcoming, responsive, and grateful to meet

I stayed in Nam's place with a family of four and we loved the space and the location. The space is very large and we could all spread out with our own rooms and bathrooms. Our teenagers loved it. The location near the lake and restaurants was excellent. You could get excellent cheap street food or go to higher end restaurants on the same block. Excellent coffee places were just a step or two away. The owner was super responsive helping us with airport transport and answering questions. Would stay there again. One of favorite Airbnbs as a family.

Very much enjoyed our stay! The apartment was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. Easy walking to all the main areas! Phuong was super communicative and went out of his way to return some stuff that we left in the apartment. If we ever make it back to Hanoi— which hopefully we will! — would love to stay here again!

This is a great spot while visiting Hanoi if you need the extra space as each bedroom has their own bathroom (one of the bedrooms has a bathroom across the hall, but it works because the other two have their own private). This is part of two modern towers in Hanoi which give you a hotel-vibe. The building is secure with locked elevators. The location is great for exploring the many restaurant and cafe options all walkable! We found a strip of restaurants and bars all offering a wide variety of food from traditional Vietnamese to Pizza. This is a great location for your next visit to Hanoi.

Place was exactly as described. Huyen was a great host, very responsive, and helpful. Allowed me to check in a little early than the original check in time. She let me leave my luggage at her personal unit in T2 so I can walk around the mall without any hassle. She had my luggage sent to the unit and it was there when I checked in. The unit was new, spacious, clean, and the interior design was luxurious. Smells good, too! Provision of laundry pole in the balcony, spoon, and hand soap for the bathroom sink or kitchen sink would be appreciated. I saw a couple baby roaches around but maybe bec other units in the building can be kind of old. All appliances were working well. Basic amenities were included. I already booked her place again for my trip next month. Overall, I had a lovely stay! Highly recommended!
