Perfect stay after coming in the from the airport!

Joseph’s place was great. We stayed for about 3 weeks and it was perfect for what we needed. The sunset view from the bed is worth it alone. We were training everyday so having the laundry was needed. The gym upstairs is small but has everything you would need to get a great workout in. The rooftop pool is also very nice. The place is small but perfect for 2 people. We needed a few things fixed during our stay but the maintenance team was great to help and fix it. Overall if you are looking for a great location with great amenities you will love this place.

Great place in the heart of Kamala beach. The space was very big and could easily accommodate 6+ people. The rooftop was a plus.

We stayed in this apartment for three weeks, and would certainly stay more :) The apartment was quiet and cozy, perfect for 2 people. I’d highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to relax and spend their best time on Phuket.

Dmitry's condo at The Park Surin was a fantastic stay during our 6 weeks in Surin. The unit is exactly as the photos show, had all the amenities, and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The second bathroom was recently renovated and the entire unit was very clean. The location is on a hill (which provides a nice view of Bang Tao beach and the hills of Surin). You can easily walk to Surin beach area with restaurants and shops, but highly recommend renting a scooter as it is a short ride to Bang Tao with another beautiful beach and even more shopping and food options. Communication was a breeze, Dmitry was always responsive and helpful. For example, the renovations were not quite complete when we arrived, so Dmitry put us in the penthouse unit for the first two days at his own cost! The unit was so comfortable that it made it difficult to leave when our trip ended, and we would definitely stay again next time we are in Surin!

Only the furniture was not quite upset in high humidity. Reversible in different places repaired and cabinet doors warped. Make free laundry for that. Cleaning up to 1-2 times a week is included, more is possible on request. Contact very friendly and accommodating

Super nice apartment! Exactly as on the pictures:) Everyone was very friendly! Only the location must be considered! So either rent scooters or be willing to take a taxi or the like for every way. However, the cafe is a good and delicious option right outside the door:)

The host gave very clear instructions on how to check in and everything went very smoothly The place is exactly like the photos. It is a very cute and comfortable apartment, although a little small. In terms of location, it is walking distance from the patong beach. But a little far from bangla street entrance of the patong beach. Overall i would highly recommend this place.

Thank you, Olga, for a beautiful apartment and an awesome week in Laguna! Olga was very responsive and accommodated us for extra nights. We travelled there with my elderly parents, so the 2BR apartment was a great match for our group. There were a few minor inconveniences (bathroom smell, a few ants), but they weren't critical for us. Olga helped us with instructions, check-in, check-out, and gave great recommendations regarding our further trip to Singapore.

Maria prepared the apartment well, even there is a change of linen, towels, there is everything you need, including for self-cooking. Responding to any questions promptly. The location is quiet, 25 minutes walk to the beach. Price may be a bit overpriced, but in high season it's hard to find a more decent option. The experience is good

I had a fantastic stay here! The flat is super spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax, and the location couldn’t be better—just 100 meters from the market, where I could buy fresh, affordable food every day. The atmosphere was wonderfully peaceful; I didn’t hear a thing from the neighbors, which made it a perfect spot for me because im very sensitive. The view was lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable—I slept so well! The electric bill was also very reasonable, just 700 baht for the week. Another great perk was meeting interesting people from places like New York and France at the pool, which added to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, spacious, and convenient place to stay!
