Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Phuoc Kien

It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

Anh’s place is nestled in D1. Extremely cute bnb. I would say this is a great place for a younger group, since the other bedrooms requires use of some tight small stairs. Overall a cute place in a fun neighborhood!

Just a wonderful place in a very quiet neighborhood

The apartment is convenient, spacious and very clean. We had a great time here . Happy host and enthusiastic guide. We will definitely be back on a near date.

Words are inadequate to explain how special this space was for our first trip to Vietnam ever. It was a safe, clean, comfortable space for us to rest, especially in the heat and in the late evenings. While located conveniently near Ben Thanh Market, it is away from the highly trafficked tourist areas which allows for more local flavor and interaction. The space is located in a residential alley behind a blue gate. Don't be deterred if you find that uncomfortable as the home is secure and your neighbors are locals who live and work there. There's even a youth center across the way from you. Our group loved everything about the actual space - decorated to resemble 70s era Saigon home. Having a washer/dryer, a full bathroom on each floor and three beds with TVs and AC in all main rooms - you can't do much better. There were a few items that needed repair or replacement of batteries (and they were responsive) but my stay here was full of joy, revelation, and magic. Can't wait to return.

The location was great — very convenient and easy to get around. Thương, the host, was incredibly friendly, energetic, and super helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated her support and quick responses. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Cosy place in the villa area. Nice sweetshop and restaurants around, including Japanese, Vietnamese. Pharmacy, supermarket, flowershop, 7/11, Japanese market and nice coffee shops in the walking distance. If you are solo, you will enjoy, if you are a couple yiu can make it romantic dinner at the restaurant or you can prepare romantic breakfast for two in the premises since kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy

This is the best place to stay. I want to use it again next time

The room is right, 6 rooms, 6 private toilets, soaking in the middle, there are people who clean the room every day, there is a swimming pool in the middle, recommended

Nice villa, friendly staff

It was used by an acquaintance of four people, and it was close to the first group of downtown, and there were many restaurants and Korean restaurants with a nice river view around the property, so it was convenient during the trip, and the accommodation was well maintained, and the manager kindly responded quickly to inquiries, and it was convenient to use because they cleaned and changed towels every day.

We had a nice time at the Ben's place. Location was good. A lot of shops and restaurants were around the house. We requested a few things during our stay to Ben. He was very helpful and quickly sort out our requests. We tried Ben's newly opened Restaurant "Farm Kitchen" and it was delicious.

Great and cooperative host, we dd not face any problem during our stay. It was convenient and place was spacious and quite good. Pool was excellent, rooms were large sized, good size toilets also.

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

Sang was an amazing host. He was happy to accomodate our requests and was proactive with his communications. We did not feel a need to step out for our daily essentials as it was already provided to us for a minimal fee. The pool was clean and a daily maid would ensure the house is cleaned. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends wanting to spend their time in Ho Chi Minh!
