My family had a great stay at this condo. From the moment we entered, we were impressed with the spacious space, luxurious design and fully furnished. The private pool was very clean, the water was clear and cool, my whole house enjoyed taking a dip and relaxing every day. The professional pool table is also a big plus, helping people to have more moments of fun together.

This is a really good place to stay for the traveling of the whole group. The house is very beautiful and amazing. It is the same as described by the picture. Alex and the concierge were very quick to respond and available at all times. They help us a lot during our stay. Really good utilities such as swimming pool , billiards, BBQ, Karaoke,.... Where to drink and food is all very good and suitable for our taste. Highly recommend this place for active trips. I will leave a good review and 5 stars for the criteria.

One of the best option to feel Saigon spirit. Located on the 1st floor in a typical Vietnamese house. It was clean and quiet despite the fact it's 2 min from Bui Vien street :) I enjoyed the experience and I recommend it to everyone. Chi is very friendly and suppotive <3

The place is peaceful and very tidy. This is a rare place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The host is very kind. There are tourist attractions nearby, especially the zoo, so I was able to go there often. I will definitely stay there again next time.

My wife had a very pleasant stay at Twosix, the place is cosy, clean and quiet. The staff are friendly. We will stay here again in the future.

Good location and good price /quality ratio

I loved this stay. The house was very clean, and the host provided free drinking water, instant coffee, tea, toiletries, and even a washing machine. I especially loved the porch area with a clothesline to dry laundry, making it super convenient to hang clothes after washing them. The weather in Vietnam can be hot, but luckily the house had air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, so it was very comfortable. There was also hot water for showers, but be sure to ask the host how to turn it on. The cohost was fantastic—she replied almost immediately to any questions I had, and communication was smooth since she speaks Vietnamese, Cantonese, and English. The location is great—there’s a local market nearby, and a 10- to 20-minute drive will take you to Lotte Mart and Vạn Hạnh Mall. I mainly used Grab for transportation. Quick tip: if the driver can’t find the address, give them the alley number and street name instead of the house number.

Highly recommended for a local experience. Great selection of local restaurants if you know how to look. Host is very friendly. Place is very new and clean. Excellent for friends.

Our family booked the entire building for a week, occupying both units. The layout features multiple staircases (one without railings), which worked for us but may be challenging for elderly guests or very young children. We absolutely loved the location! Right across from Chợ Bến Thành, it’s a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the city center. The property was clean, with cleaners visiting during our stay, and the dual washer/dryer was a bonus. Our host Qui was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioner in the lower unit was non-functional, and despite a technician’s visit, it remained unrepaired, causing uncomfortable conditions, poor ventilation, leading some in our group to seek alternative lodging. Also, one bathroom in the upper unit lacked water pressure, limiting us to one bathroom. We recommend confirming these amenities before booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the unbeatable location, cleanliness, and responsive host. A great spot for city immersion!
