Spacious 1-bedroom apartment with beautiful view of famous Landmark 81 tower, 2 smart TVs and work desk. Fully-equipped with wide range of amenities (see photos) unmatched by other apartments in the city, fast customer service until late. Staying with us is the best choice for Guests who value reliability and convenience. Located in City Garden, a gated condo in an area with many restaurants, bars and cafes. The condo also has its own bar/cafe and other stores. Just 10 minutes to city center.

**POOL ACCESS NOT AVAILABLE FOR AIRBNB GUESTS** The condo is a peaceful oasis in the heart of Saigon. It sits inside Bin Thanh, a local Vietnamese district, a stones-throw (approximately 5 minutes/$3 in a taxi) from central Saigon. Binh Thanh is a fantastic place to walk around and explore. The locals are super friendly and will always smile back if you smile first. The place is full of great local food, and many cool bars can be found on Phạm Viết Chánh street, a 4-minute walk from the condo.
