Lovely apartment in the heart of the city, next to the Goldoni theater, 50 meters from Livorno's main shopping street and 1 km from the sea. Located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium, it consists of a living room with sofa bed, TV and kitchen divided by an arch with column, a very quiet terrace located at the back, a small entrance, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a large double bedroom with the possibility of a cot and ceiling fan.

The apartment was fully restored in 2023 and consists of a kitchen, a double bedroom with large windows, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room and a living room with sofa bed. It is located on the ground floor of a very quiet condominium. It is located in Livorno, in a peripheral and quiet area but well connected to the center or the sea via the nearby bus stop. Parking is free and in front of the house.
