The lake house, my personal life's dream. But too big to use alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, right on the lake surrounded by forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to two barbecue/fireplaces, the private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowboat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... so it's more fun for all of us. There are shopping facilities in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

The house is located on a rock in the middle of a mixed forest. 1 hectare of this is private forest and around 800 m2 is flat ground. Clear view of the stars. The house has around 110 m2 and is only rented as a whole and everything you need is there. 3 bedrooms for 8 guests, 1 living room with 1 large pull-out sofa for additional 2 guests, including 2 fully equipped kitchens. 1 bathtub with shower and 2 extra showers.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
