Beautiful new house on the first line of the Costa Huaquén Condominium with a panoramic ocean view. It has everything to enjoy a getaway or beach vacation. The house has a large kitchen and living room, large quincho and charcoal and gas grill, outdoor terrace protected from the wind, and a jacuzzi for 6 people. 2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with 6 bunk beds and sofa bed in the living room. 1:45 from Santiago, controlled entry with 24/7 security and direct access to the wetlands and Pichicuy beach.

Please, if you are a group of young people, do not request to rent. You must bring sheets and towels. The house has a grill and, if used, it must be cleaned (there will be an additional cost of 10,000 if it is dirty).
