It was a pleasure to be in Wendy and Xavier's apartment. It has a unique view, it is a very cozy place, it has everything nearby, you can walk to the metro station, the area is safe, Xavier was always attentive to our needs, we will not hesitate to stay here again, we had an incredible time, THANK YOU XAVIER

Amilcar is just such a wonderful host. He helped me through the entire trip, which made our trip so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Amilcar’s recommendation for a driver, Gustavo. He was recommended to bring us from the airport, but we ended up using him almost every single day for tours. We couldn’t have been more pleased! The place itself is the PERFECT location. Just steps from the metro to take you into Quito center, but also walking distance from many restaurants. Highly recommend Gohan, which is walking distance. Excellent stay, and the kids had an absolute blast!

If I go back to Quito, I'll choose this place again! Thanks Fernando.

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

An excellent place to spend a few days and rest. You will hardly find such a clean place. Spacious parking lot for any type of vehicle, and all kinds of covered needs. Definitely a pleasure to have stayed there 10/10
