Completely new in a luxury and completely secure building. Great location, in a exclusive zone, near the financial and business area of Quito. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and parks near the building. The apartment is fully furnished. We have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dinning room, american style kitchen. The apartment is very quiet so you will sleep very well. It is very easy to get to the apartment because it is located in a well known street of Quito.
