Local exactly like the photos, I went in 4 people, two adults, two teenagers , a short stay accommodates well, but I think 3 people would be more comfortable. Rafael responds fast is helpful, very easy and quick to access the condominium.

Excellent and very organized place, from the reservation to the entrance into the apartment was very simple. I usually spend a few days in SP with certainty and I will reserve the place again. Bons restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation.

As expected, host request, considerate and the excellent location is located in the district. We only had a problem with the building elevator one day and some external sounds that bothered during the hours of service, perhaps because they had dry wall walls, but nothing important, only punctual sounds later in the night. Indico and I would definitely come back.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, it has good features and a very beautiful decor! The location was great with several nearby bars, restaurants and shops.

The stay at César's residence was perfect! The house is complete, limpissima, the bed and bath clothes super clean and smell, the covers are very warm and cute. The access to the house is super quiet and great location! Caesar is to be congratulated on every question, God bless 🙏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
