I had an incredible stay at John's place! The home was clean, well organized, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was seamless, and John was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The location was very good, close to PriceSmart for shopping, which made exploring the area so convenient. The amenities were very good—from the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen, everything exceeded my expectations. Excellent place, crossing the street is the squirrel lulle clinic, and beyond the Caracoli center and the cañaveral area, the site has all the amenities, super nice to rest, very quiet and cozy, excellently gifted and the host super attentive and very timely and accurate in any requirement. Very good option for stay in Floridablanca...a few meters from the main exit for San Gil. Similarly, the departure for Bucaramanga or Girón is very easy. An apartment that accommodates basic needs for short and medium stay. The sector has shops, drug stores and a variety of places to eat. In general, everything was very good.

Excellent place with an excellent host, always attentive to every detail, even though my family lost the keys Mr. Bayron was very attentive and helped them get into the place again and always responded quickly and promptly. I hope to visit the city soon and enjoy this place.

We loved the stay there. It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is VERY well equipped and the apartment's view is beautiful. The area in front of the building is for dogs and we loved it. All the people are friendly and the supermarket downstairs is perfect for any need you have. The parking lot is very spacious and the facilities are excellent facilities. We were really happy, we didn't want to leave🤭, we'll be back on our next trips!

The apartment is very well located although you need a car or uber/ taxi to get around. As such, the apartment is very spacious and illuminated and the amenities of the building are excellent. The apartment is very well equipped. We stayed 6 nights, 3 people and it was perfect.

Katherine's apartment was an excellent place for us to stay during a medical trip to Colombia. It is just a 3-minute drive to the hospital, which was very convenient. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay; the beds are cozy, the hot showers have great pressure, and the kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. The hostess even provided a fan for added comfort during our recovery after surgery. The building itself is accommodating, and the security guards are very helpful with calling taxis and offering local suggestions. A large pool is available for guests, although it has limited hours. There is also a playground directly below the apartment, where children play happily in the afternoons. The playground closes at 6 PM to ensure a quiet environment for everyone. Additionally, there is a decent gym for workouts. The best part of our stay was the hostess. She was proactive, kind, helpful, and always available to assist us. Highly recommended.
