Take it easy in this unique and relaxing space. Casa Marù is a small accommodation suitable for two or three people looking for tranquility and nature. It is located in a small Abruzzo village that is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The accommodation's characteristic feature is the Majella stone construction, which makes the house cool in summer. Parking (not for a fee) is located near the property. Also ideal for those who want to go to the beach (reachable in about 30 minutes).

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Old 1800's rural house completely renovated with all comforts located in the outskirts of a small village in the Abruzzo pre-Apennines. 30 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast, 40 minutes from Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains (+2000 mt) and 2 hours by car from Rome. The house is equipped with a wooden deck of 20 m² facing south with views of the valley and the surrounding woods, suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches, yoga, meditation in complete tranquility and privacy.

Casa BruGì

A house in the green where you can spend a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The house is not fenced, and guests can use the entire surrounding private property, including the large front yard where you can park your car comfortably, the large private space in the back, and the nearby forest perfect for walks. Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

La Masseria

Set high on a hill it is away from it all but it is only 3km from Tocco da Casauria village, 5km from the highway, 45km from the main local town Pescara. Experience the rural spirit of the interiors, relax under the shade of a hundred olive trees or head off to discover the best of the surroundings.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
