A soli 500 metri dal lago di Centro Cadore e a circa 30km da Cortina e 20km da Auronzo ed a soli 200 metri dalla pista ciclabile che collega Belluno a Calalzo . Nel lago durante l' estate è possibile la balneazione e la pesca sportiva al luccio. Adatto a coppie o famiglie, dispone di una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e nel salotto di un divano letto , quando il letto è aperto il passaggio risulta possibile ma molto stretto, si consiglia dunque di aprirlo solo durante la notte.
