The flat on the first floor, which has a separate entrance, a kitchen/dining/living area, a terrace, a double bedroom and a bathroom, is available for rent. 180-degree lake view, with swimming pool and outdoor green space. The swimming pool is not open to the public and is shared with the Property. The spa and relaxation area can be used on request and for a fee. In the heart of the historic center, overlooking the rural view of La Chiona, the Bellavista villa welcomes you surrounded by a large garden with patio, relaxation area and outdoor hot tub (x 4 pp. hot/cold) on request and with an on-site supplement. The villa is suitable for couples, families and "furry" friends. We are eco-friendly, 100% energy from renewable sources! NOTE: Spello applies a Tourist Tax of €2.5 per person (over 12 years) up to a maximum of 3 days to be paid directly to the host.

Our house is located in the heart of the historic town of Orvieto, at just 5 minutes from the Duomo. A large living area with a fully equipped kitchen is on first floor, on the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small balcony. A huge flowered terrace on Orvieto rooftops will make your stay a memorable one! The terrace is fully furnished and lit: the place where relax and sunbathe during the day or enjoy intimacy at night! Private parking is available at no extra cost.

Following the recent introduction of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to access our car park during restricted hours. Period residence in the heart of Assisi's historic centre, convenient for getting around on foot, with free on-site parking. The property comprises a spacious dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower.
