We really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have beat the price! Having a washer and dryer was very handy and the bed was very comfortable. We had no issues with parking and everything was very close by. I’m a very light sleeper so the only downside that I experienced was having neighbors above us that were loud throughout the night which was no fault of the host as you can clearly tell that this is a downstairs unit. We are thankful for a nice place to stay while we were in town.

Great place to stay for Hillbilly days in Pikeville, can walk all over town. Peaceful, quiet and clean place. Second time staying with Amelia, always good. Will definitely stay again

Great location, you can see the main road between Pikeville and Prestonsburg. Everything was as it was described, it was very clean and cozy. Prefect for two people. The host was nothing more than great and communicated great. If you’re in this area it’s well worth the price the host is asking. I travel a lot with my job and it was awesome to come to a place that felt cozy like coming home after work. Awesome place give it a try if you’re in the area.

Easy check in, a/c worked well, fully stocked kitchen was easy to cook. Local to the trail head, and not far from a gas station. Would recommend staying here, and would stay here again.

Our sibling getaway was great. Home was as described and very clean. Location was perfect for what we had in mind which was day trips We checked out Hatfield McCoy history one day . Loretta Lynn on another day and just enjoyed driving the mountains and valleys. This place would be perfect for a group with several buggies to ride in. Extreme parking and many trails near by. Only if we were 20 to 30 years younger lol. All in all this place was just what we needed. Thank you. Eddie Sanders. Cub Run, KY

Great place to stay! House is very nice and plenty of parking. Neighbors dogs were very friendly and would spend most of the time at the house. Not an issue for us, but something to be aware of. Overall great house very clean. Would love to stay again.

We had a short stay and the place was great. We were surprised by how spacious the place was a photos don’t quite do it justice. There’s a outdoor space we didn’t get to use as the rain came in but overall cute house, cute theme, nice lighted patio space and deck with ample seating and a creek that runs behind the house. Quick trip down the road to the camp groups our friends were staying at and easy ride to the trails.

Great house! Clean and well stocked. Amy provided plenty of towels and paper products. The house was easy to find and close to trails. We would definitely stay again.
