Welcome to the historical Perth area. We hope you will enjoy your stay at our rural setting, close to amenities but surrounded by the sounds of the countryside. Our house has all the comforts of home with beautiful open vistas visible out each window. This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing. On top of a ridge of Sugar Maples is a 400 sq foot cabin sitting on a lovely piece of Canadian Shield. The cabin is open concept and is well appointed with a super comfy queen-sized bed, a wood stove, and an off-grid kitchen, additional sleeping is on a sofa bed. This is glamping at its finest! The cabin is located at the rear of our 20-acre property with trails and wildlife to explore. ***Please note that you will have to walk approximately 200 metres to the cabin from cabin.

"Quinn’s Guesthouse" Private 2 Bedroom apartment

This is a totally private, self contained apartment with full kitchen. The house is a heritage property in historic Perth, Ontario. It's location is steps from the downtown area and the beautiful Stewart Park. The kitchen is brand new as are the 2 queen size beds. The apartment is air conditioned, has wifi and cable tv with (Netflix etc). You will have the entire upstairs apartment with private entrance. Indoor parking for one vehicle is included. Very cozy and quiet.
