Private parking space in a warm garage, accessible by elevator. A quiet house and a good playground in the courtyard of the house. Right next door are the Museum of Visual Arts Malva and the restaurants Malskin Bistro, Kahiwa and Ant Brew. My unique home in a 1940s house is ready to receive, for example, holidaymakers, business travelers and those in need of temporary housing. The personal atmosphere is created by the board floors, wide window sills, old-fashioned decor and the curved wall of the living room. The location is within walking distance of services on a busy street, but in a quiet housing association. As a rule, the apartment is for my own use. I welcome guests who take good care of my beloved home. ❤️
