Se arrienda parcela con casa de 130 metros cuadrados, ubicada a 35 min de Pucón y 8 minutos de Curarrehue. Cuenta con tres dormitorios, dos baños, living comedor, cocina a leña, cocina a gas y sala de estar en segundo piso con escritorio y televisión con costo extra (servicio prepago). Agua caliente por serpentín y termo electrico. Entorno de bosque nativo, avistamiento de aves, vista a Cerro Las Peinetas y bajada al río Trancura. Uso de tinaja tiene un costo extra.
