Incredible Concrete Micro House in the middle of the forest, respecting the nature of the place, unique environment with a queen bed, desk table, 2 chairs and WiFi. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. Kitchenette with sink, electric kettle, microwave and refrigerator with freezer, it is NOT for cooking. Very bright with the sea 700 meters away and the shopping center 600 meters away. This beautiful house is hidden behind the main house with total privacy and autonomy. Spacious 100 m² apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Super cool and bright, ideal for the summer. Enjoy the large balcony terrace with its own barbecue. The complex has an outdoor pool that's heated in season, a washing machine and a dryer. Perfect location in a quiet residential area: 6 blocks from the centre and 10 blocks from the beach. Includes a covered garage and space at the gate for a second car. Equipped with radiators for winter and a full set of tableware. Total comfort close to the sea and the centre!
