The house is charming, spacious, and cozy, with a gorgeous view of the mountains and river. The neighborhood is quiet and serene, right next to the river, but only a 5 minute walk to restaurants and stores, and a 25 minute walk to the center. Irina is a welcoming, communicative, kind, and attentive host. Her father is a nice cab driver who kindly drove us to a remote hiking trail. He even walked me to the nearby Jewish cemetery, and showed me homes where Jewish families used to live, which was very special. We didn't have time to use the sauna house, but it was nice to have the option. This was an ideal place to have a gathering with a group of people interested in different activities, as there are a lot of common spaces in addition to the six bedrooms. My favorite part was the balcony, which is accessible from the hallway, and overlooks the mountains and river. We saw a beautiful sunrise from there the first morning!

Excellent location, we were met by the host as we couldn’t find it, had a wonderful sauna, it was what we expected, an excellent base if your thinking of going hiking in the area!

Zagruneva Grajda is an extremely interesting and pleasant place in Krivopilli, close to the pass, the beginning of the route to Kostrych and also close to Hoverla and Verkhovyna. The warmth, spacious, with a painted Kosovian-style five, as well as rough under the tile and beautiful courtyards. Great location for a small group of peace and quiet seekers.

Lovely house with incredible views. There are fabulous views from each window of the house. We lived for 5 days, but it's not enough for such beauties. Who appreciates handmade work and beauty in detail, he will appreciate the details of the interior. Yes, here really follows the arrival with a supply of groceries for a few days, because hiking to the store is like a full-fledged workout in the gym. Thedriveway can really seem complicated but there were no problems though 4 days out of 5 louvre rain. Due to the fact that the house is like above the village, just passing a few tens of meters up there is an incredible view, as if it was on a special observation deck. Special respect to the hosts for the position of the dog-friendly. We traveled with a German Shepherd. Yes, she has a polite girl, but it turned out to be a mega problem to find a suitable house where pets are allowed to relax. Definitely recommend, will definitely come back again!

I really liked it! The place is about 40 minutes walk from the city on the mountain, but we chose this, the view is impossible, especially when you wake up in the morning, and you see the mountains in the panoramic windows! The house has everything, 4 beds, a kitchen, a boiler, a heated floor in the bathroom, a washing machine, in the main room there is an electric bacterium as well as an oven for heating, there is a TV and a good Internet, suddenly someone will want to rent such a house and work:) What I especially liked was the stove on the street where you can fry meat and a table nearby where you can have dinner) We were also met and taken from the station to the house and back, the host is very pleasant and responds quickly, told which trails to get to the city faster. We were only 4 days next time I want to come for longer :)

Really enjoyed your stay at this place. In fact, the house is better than in the photos, why we were very happy. I want to sincerely thank Marina for allowing a stay with a cat because there was no one to leave it with.🙏🏻 And also incredibly grateful to the workers of the complex. Our cleanliness fairy was just great. Quiet, very neat and almost invisible, even when someone was in the house. And the man who helped with all the men's issues. The river by the house is a delight.😻😻 Highly recommend !!!!!🔥

Great place and grounds in general. If you want privacy and no neighbors, then this is a great option Everything was as advertised, the house is clean. There are towels, rubber slippers, clean bedding, detergents, a grill, all appliances, but there are no personal hygiene products, but this is not a problem. The steep climb up to the house is listed but the views are worth it. In the overall experience, only positive, we hope to return here again
