Cottage and barrel sauna - for those looking for peace and quiet

Idyllic Aukusti is a small home of a farming family from almost a hundred years ago. The cottage has been renovated as a summer place for all holidaymakers who love peace and old-fashioned style. There is no longer a wooden barn in the yard, but a barrel sauna, where you can sit on the terrace and let your gaze wander along the grain field rippled by the summer wind. And note that there is no one else in sight. The stream flowing behind the cottage is like a canyon, as the sandy land has drifted into Vesijärvi over the years.

Finnish country idyll at its best. Completely renovated and well-equipped log cabin with a yard sauna in Pihlajakoski. Located in the middle of the summer village, next to the harbor. A large barrel is available for rent. Restaurant Wonkamies next door serves in the summer. Satamakahvila and summer village events, all within walking distance. There is also a tennis court in the village! - Himos Ski Resort approx. 30 km - Isojärvi National Park approx. 35 km - Serlachius Museums approx. 65 km Himos - 28 min drive away!!

Please read carefully so you know what kind of cottage you are coming to -> Solar panels electrified, small and pretty cottage by the pond. Kitchen nook with refrigerator and gas oven. The cottage can sleep two and the yard cottage can accommodate two. The cottage has a wood-burning fireplace that can do even in the fall. There are outdoor lights and outlets. Sauna and water pot on the beach. Washing waters from the pond, drinking water must be brought. This is the ideal home for those looking for peace and nature.

Charming cottage in the tranquility of nature by the water

Beautifully decorated and well-equipped cottage and sauna building on the shore of Lake Lintuma. The perfect retreat to calm down and enjoy nature. The atmospherically decorated cottage has a large living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom, a small bedroom, and a charming loft where you can retreat to sleep comfortably in a double bed or even read. The warmth and ambiance is brought by a soapstone fireplace that books the Tulikivi. Guests must bring their own towels and linens and complete the final cleaning.

Spacious hand-carved log cabin on the shore of a clear-watered lake. A good sandy beach, which is gently deepening and safe for children. There is a private dock. The cottage has electric heating and a fireplace. Firewood is included in the rent. The outdoor toilet is composting. A rowing boat and fishing gear are available. You can pick berries and mushrooms in the nearby forests. Great nature attractions, such as national parks, are a short drive away. Distance from Helsinki, Turku or Tampere about 100 km.

Atmospheric log cabin, great location

A cozy little log cabin offers a restful place to stay in a quiet residential area. Close to great transportation. Wooden floors and fireplace add warmth and ambiance that make the space cozy and unique. The cottage is well equipped, everything you need is ready for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent: there is quick access to the highway and to Tampere you drive in 15–20 minutes. Bus stops are right next door and Ideapark shopping center just 2 km away. 5 km to Lempäälä train station.

Ihastuttava ’punainen tupa ja perunamaa’ tyyppinen mökki Seitsemisen kansallispuiston läheisyydessä. Myös Riuttaskorven virkistysmetsään pääsee täältä helposti, aarnio- eli säästömetsää (Luoteentie varrella) unohtamattakaan. Mökki on rakennettu aikoinaan vuonna 1963, ja laajennettu sekä modernisoitu vuonna 2012. Laajat retkeilymahdollisuudet lähiympäristössä ja isäntä voi esim. opastaa pääsyä kelkkailureitille suoraan!
